How do I order medications online?
The information you provide about your medical history using our online diagnostic tool will be forwarded to our licensed physicians for their review. People who have recently had a physical examination by their physician generally do not need to have another physical in order to receive a prescription for the medication they require. A thorough review of your medical history often times is sufficient for a physician to be able to write a prescription. If our physicians and/or pharmacy have any questions for you, they will contact you via email using our secure email service. All correspondence with the physician and/or pharmacy become part of your permanent medical record, which may be accessed by you at anytime.
If you already have a prescription from your doctor and are just searching for a better price, simply fax your existing prescription to us. We will contact your physician to verify the prescription and then fill the prescription. If for any reason we cannot write or fill your request for a prescription, you will not be charged.

How does the online consultation work?
You will be asked to complete a detailed form outlining your medical history and any current medical conditions or medications you maybe taking. There is a unique form for each type of prescription medication we offer that focuses its question on that particular medication. All the questions asked on the form are similar to questions your physician would ask if you were to have an office visit. The physician reviewing your medical history and the pharmacist filling your prescription may possibly contact you for further details and/or decline your request for a prescription based on information you provide.

What is the difference between a new order and a refill?
A new order is any first-time order that you place through the SexToyMeds.com website. If you have ordered a specific product from us in the past and have previously had our physicians review your medical history and issue a prescription, you are considered to be refilling a prescription. Your original prescription is valid for one year. If you are refilling an order, you may be asked to fill out an abbreviated version of the online diagnostic questionnaire which you filled-out when you received your original prescription. If your prescription is more than one year old, you will be asked to complete the full version of the online diagnostic questionnaire.

All orders originating in North America are filled from a U.S. licensed pharmacy with licensed US pharmacists. We outsource fulfillment in other parts of the world. For example, in Europe we have outsourced fulfillment to a company based in the EU.

Is writing a prescription and selling prescription medication on the Internet legal?
Yes, writing prescriptions based on a physician's review and filling those prescriptions online is legal for many types of medication. There are many websites selling pharmaceuticals on the Internet, at SexToyMeds.com we only sell non-controlled substances and only offer for sale, drugs which can be prescribed safely by physicians without a face-to-face meeting with a patient. SexToyMeds.com will not sell, offer or encourage patients to purchase controlled substances such as Phentermine and Meridia on the Internet without a face-to-face consultation with your physician.
Firms began selling pharmaceuticals on the Internet as early as 1998. For rural based physicians, the Internet offers a highly effective means of communication and allows physicians to treat patients who would not otherwise have access to high quality healthcare. Entrepreneurial firms also saw an opportunity to treat certain diseases which would not require a face-to-face visit with a physician but which could be treated effectively on the Internet. In addition there are certain disorders which patients find embarrassing to discuss with their personal physician, such disorders are particularly well suited for using the Internet as a means to patient care. At SexToyMeds.com we strive to provide the highest level of medical care and focus on selling products, which can effectively treat diseases, which, are well suited to being treated via the Internet without a face-to-face consultation.
